Welcome to RondolUSA.com! This website is hosted by A. Routsis Associates, Inc., the exclusive North American distributor of Rondol plastics microprocessing machinery and benchtop processing equipment. Our impressive product catalog includes innovative solutions for micromolding and micro-extrusion applications. Rondol's all-electric benchtop injection molding machines and compact electric extruders are quiet, energy efficient and cleanroom ready. These affordable, production quality machines are perfectly suited for small scale injection molded parts and extrusion applications and offer excellent return on investment. A host of auxiliary equipment is available for our micro-injection molding machines, as well as upstream and downstream auxiliary equipment for both our single screw micro extruders and twin screw micro-extruders. Downstream auxiliary micro processing machinery categories include specialized devices for Pipe Extrusion, Pelletizing Line, Strand Line, Wire Coating Line, and a Three-Roll Tape System.
Rondol's micromolding machines and micro extruders are capable of processing a wide range of standard polymers using standard pellet sizes. These plastics micro-processing machines are also well suited for the use of colorants, additives and pre-compounded materials to further enhance their processing potential.
Despite their compact size, the High Force 5 all electric micro injection molding machine (specifications / construction / platen layout / pricing) and High Force 12 (specifications / construction / platen layout / pricing) all electric injection molding machine are rugged plastics processing workhorses. Both of these micro molding machines operate on a 120 volt single phase power source. The injection action of the High Force Series micromolding machines is unique in that the screw rotates to feed and plasticize the polymer past the check ring, but does not move forward to inject. Rather, the platens close and the clamp pushes the barrel back over the screw. This unique action provides extreme accuracy and allows for easy installation of monitoring equipment. These machines can also be custom built and configured for particular applications and areideal for many mini- and micro-molding applications.
Rondol offers two types of extruder: The Linear Series single screw extruders (specifications / construction / pricing) and the High Torque twin screw models (specifications / construction / pricing). Like our micromolding machines, these benchtop units are fully electric and feature similarly rugged construction. The Linear 18 single screw extruder and High Torque 13-6 conical twin screw extruder run on a 120 volt single phase power source, while the Linear 30 single screw extruder and High Torque 21 twin screw extruder require a 415V 3-Phase power supply. Perfectly matched auxiliary equipment is available for both the Linear Series and the High Torque Series – and downstream equipment designed to operate with any Rondol extruder. All downstream equipment and accessories can be custom built to meet customer specifications. The extruders can also be custom made to order upon request.
In addition to micromolding and micro-extrusion, we also offer hydraulic laboratory Benchtop Press and Two-Roll Mill units.
